KT Tape Edema 18" Precut Cotton Kinesiology Therapeutic Sports Roll is designed to decrease swelling and bruising from many common injuries such as strains and sprains. Unlike compression wraps or garments that are restrictive and uncomfortable to wear, KT Tape Edema Strips are thin, stretchy and allow full range of movement. They are also made from ultra-soft cotton with a high recoil elastic core for improved comfort and support. Applications can be worn for several days with its light adhesive, providing therapeutic benefits the entire time they are worn. Each box contains 83 precut 18" strips. 100% cotton sheathes are ultra-light, durable and strong. Includes 83 precut 18" strips with 2" anchor and 5 16" split tails. Unique Matrix Mesh provides ultimate elasticity. One roll generally lasts 40-60 days depending on usage. Light adhesive. Can be worn for several days. Removal Instructions: Begin by peeling tape up at a corner. Hold skin down where tape is being pulled off with one hand while gently pulling tape up with the other hand. Remove slowly. For sensitive skin or difficult to remove tape, rub baby oil or olive oil into the top of the tape to help break down the adhesive. Wait five minutes and then slowly remove.
